Mont Films created its own unique Co-Operative Rights Productions that allows Mont Films to produce without commissioning this has opened the door to all people rich or poor with or without degrees in a nut shell if you have passion for a career in the film and television industry the door is wide open at Mont Films to feed that passion buy gaining experience or further experience. Productions jobs are in four experience categories Professional cast, crew, extras only. Collage/experienced cast, crew, extras only. Collage/experienced and none experienced cast, crew, extras only. Professional, collage/experienced and none experienced cast, crew, extras. Co-Op Rights productions are entered into world film festivals and promoted on this site. Cast and crew are not paid instead each cast and crew member will own part of the rights to the productions (films) the more experienced you are the more rights you will own which could be worth a lot more if the films sell and could bring in good money for years. This unique way of producing keeps 100% of the rights to productions (films) within cast, crew, location owners up to 20% is re-invested into supporting future Co-Op rights productions to cover unavoidable production costs that currently will have to be funded by grants and other funding. Mont Films is owned by writer/producer/extra/HD 1080 camera operator Mr Robert McClymont who started in the film business as an extra in 2005 BBC drama Monarch of the Glen (MOTG) (final episode) Robert is a crofter in MOTG where the cast and crew supported and encouraged Robert to continue in the film business.
